"University Students Will Say Hello to Business Life at Fiberli"

As part of its corporate change and transformation journey that began in 2022, Fiberli is initiating collaboration with universities. The training program developed for recent graduates or final-year students majoring in Electrical-Electronics Engineering at universities will span six months. The Fiberli New Gen program not only provides employment opportunities for individuals born after the year 2000 but also offers training opportunities for young talent within its industry.

In this context, we organized a meeting with 18 final-year students who visited our factory for an introductory session. During the meeting, our Deputy General Manager, Ilker ÖZTÜRK, discussed Fiberli's past achievements and future vision. Öztürk congratulated the candidate engineers who reached the final stage after a thorough evaluation among numerous applications. Addressing the details of the six-month training program, Öztürk stated, "We have full confidence that this project will contribute to the employment of our young talents; we believe in them," he said.
